This morning around 6:30 am (winter time) Aurora came to wake us, for she had contractions. She wanted under the duvet and then on top. This she repeated several times. Around 7.15 am I went down with her and she lied down in the delivery box. An hour later I saw the tail of the first kitten and a few minutes after that she was born. Half an hour later came the second and within two hours she was mother of 4 beautiful kittens: 2 females and 2 males!

Aurora likes her mother with her in the delivery box and Faylinn is therefore commonly found with Aurora and the kittens. The first hour she hissed to the kittens, but soon she was washing them. And Aurora was taken care by her, so that she could come on strength.
