This morning Faylinn gave birth to a healthy boy that has been named Totem!

Yesterday morning the contractions started and around 3:30 yesterday afternoon the mucus plug came out. This morning at 6:30, the little man was born.

Faylinn has done a fantastic job! Unlike last time she took of the fleece herself and bite the umbilical cord. She washed and completely dried the male and at the placenta this time.

Totem weighed at birth (after he dried up) 102 grams and now weighs 122 grams! But what do you want when you have the complete milk bar for yourself. ;-)

Aurora finds it's all very exciting and is occasionally going into the whelping box to take a look and sometimes even feel.
