Kittens Faylinn moved
Monday, 03 May 2010

All kittens of Faylinn (excluding Aurora of course) have moved to their new owners last weekend!

Friday, April 30th we stepped in the car with Lima on the way to Warmenhuizen. Ariana and Sjaak have already two pets, namely half Bengal Hermes and Yorkshire Terrier Maarten. In less than two months they will also be joined by a Bengal boy. For Lima, the car journey, the new house and the new owners gave so many new impressions that Hermes and Maarten were first put aside so Lima could quietly walk through the house. She walked quickly around grunting and was bribed by delicious treats from the kitten package. When the borders were gone she went playing into the nice big scratching post.

Saturday, May 1 we went with Julia (now called Floortje) and Titus (now going through life as Chendo (pronounced tsjendo)) on route to Rotterdam. Sally lives there, the new owner of Floortje and in the afternoon, the Maine Coon boyfriend of Floortje would be brought by his breeder. Floortje and Chendo immediately went through the house and found the kitten scratching post really exciting! Chendo made a water ballet by taking water from the water bole with his paw and the plant was also not safe for him. Floortje did her own thing and was researched everything and could not leave the scratching post. She had to would have the balls that hang in there!

Then on the way to The Hague to bring Chendo to Jeffrey. There lived already a Bengal cat from 7 months and according to initial reports, they are already 50% friends! Figo is still a bit jealous when Chendo gets attention, but that is not strange when you had only right to anything for a few months!

Sunday, May 2 it was time for Cupid Zazu to move. After playing with Aurora the morning we went at the end of the afternoon on their way to Amsterdam. Zazu did also not like traveling in the car, just like Lima. The day before you really noticed that Floortje and Chendo supported each other. Once in his new house, he walked quickly through the house grunting loudly, but he remained with us in the neighborhood for the confidence. In a month he gets joined by an Abyssinian.

And then Aurora was alone... Luckily Faylinn loves to play with her and she comes to us for the necessary attention!

This is the last movie I made of them when they were still all five together. Now it is up to the new owners to provide us with pictures and stories of their new housemates.
