Today I have had new photographs of the breeder of Phoebe! You can find them in her photo album.

Our beautiful girl is still more beautiful than on the previous photos. Her rosettes are growing and her background color is perfectly bright. She has small ears and spots on her paws. She is almost too good to be true. I just can’t wait to go to England.

We have found the queen of our dreams! 

On 19 December we received photos from Jill of the most beautiful female from a nest of two females and three males. We were immediately in love with her. Despite her size we saw that she would be beautiful once grown up.

The name Phoebe comes from the Greek mythology and is the name of the moon of Saturn.

At this moment she lives by breeder Jill Fyfe in England. Around 15 March we will travel to England to pick her up.

Regularly we will get pictures from Jill, which we will place in Phoebe’s photo album.

We have our cattery name since 11 September 2007 and a few weeks later we requested a website name. On 6 November 2007 we started with filling in our website pages. Now it's waiting for the queen of our dreams.

That we wanted a kitten after the move was already clear, but it took a while before we dared to make the step to go for a breeding kitten. When we had concluded that we had to start thinking about a cattery name. For the first show of Niobe I had already registered to SAINT pro Cat, so the choice was made quickly that we would ask there for a cattery name.

On August 29, 2007 we sent an email to SAINT pro Cat. We were finally out what 3 names would be. Now it was waiting for what it would be.

And on September 11, 2007 was then finally the envelope from SAINT pro Cat in the mailbox. It is the wonderful name Benzaiten (pronounce: behn - ZYE - tehn) what the Japanese goddess of love and happiness means.

We are very pleased with the name and hope that many healthy and beautiful kittens may bear the name.
