Last weekend we removed the kitten run and the 7 musketeers now have the complete living room for crossing! It is now being extra careful where you walk and sometimes take a kitten of your leg. The toys roll everywhere and especially toys that make noise (e.g. with a bell in it) are beautiful.

The kittens have had their first chicks and just the smell of the first chick made them from super cute to pure animal: grapping a chicken and eat it grumbling already. Of course we have taken pictures, but because for some people they can be shocking we do not places them. The kittens can since this week occasionally runn loose in the living room and they find that amazing! They run behind each other, stalk each other and play with each other. Vulcan also likes it when they walk around, but we need to keep a good eye on him, because he sometimes forgets that they are a lot smaller than he is ... Now they can even climb and jump in your pants when you sit on the seat. From the weekend we saw yet another highlight: the kittens drank for the first of the Cat-It!

Some kittens begin to develop a long coat which means that they get in the fuzzy. All Bengal kittens go through what is referred to as the "fuzzy ugliest". A beautifully clear kitten at three weeks old may begin to acquire a ticked kitten coat at four to five weeks old. This coat begins to clear again to higher contrast at about 12 weeks and is again breathtaking by 6 months. This happens in the wild because the kittens begin to explore and this helps camouflage them from predators.

The development of the kittens is suddenly going really fast.

Besides walking, running and playing they have also learned how to climb and what is the use of a litter box. They already learned how to eat meat, but this week they also learned how to drink water.

Vulcan finds the kittens also a lot of fun. During the weekly photo shot he came regularly to see what was happening and he is now playing more and more with the kittens.

The first kitten visit (apart from family and friends) was this weekend. The upcoming weekends more visits will be done and then will gradually clear which kitten will live where.

This morning we were assuming that we enjoyed 4 boys and 3 girls, tonight it become clear that we have the company of a number of 7 guy

We have been to the vet with them because we had doubts about the gender of some kittens, but we did not expect this!

The ‘girls’ have been renamed and are now going through life as Apollo, Hermes and Chaos!
